CURRICULUM MAPPING is a means of describing what happens in a classroom, school and district. It is a calendar based compilation of the content, skills and assessments that a child experiences at each grade level. A curriculum map gives information about what is occurring in a classroom, in a school, and in the district. It is a tool for communication and long and short term planning.
