- Thursday, July 11 - 9 AM to 6 PM
- Friday, July 12 - 9 AM to 6 PM
- Monday, July 15 - 1 PM to 7 PM
To Enroll a New Student, please Bring the Required Documents:
• Report Card/Transcript with grade
placement for SY 19-20
• Withdrawal Form
• Social Security Card
• Certificate of Indian Blood
• Birth Certificate
• Updated Immunization Record
• Current Physical Address Document
• Guardianship Documents (if applicable)
