On behalf of our Johnson O'Malley (JOM) Indian Education Committee (IEC), we would like to say thank you to the students who submitted their art work for the Parent Summit Art Contest. The Committee reviewed all the submissions and selected the winners.
The winners for the art contest are:
- 1st place: Deyoun Greyeyes - 12th grade
- 2nd place: Fredro James - 7th grade
- 3rd place: Alexis Bien - 12th grade
The winners will be awarded at the Annual Parent Summit on April 13, 2019 by the JOM IEC committee. Prizes for the contest winners are:
- 1st place: $25.00 gift certificate, Award Ribbon, backpack full of art supplies
- 2nd place: $15.00 gift certificate, Award Ribbon, Art Supplies
- 3rd place: $10.00 gift certificate, Award Ribbon, Art Supplies
Please congratulate the students. The art work will be on display at the Annual Parent Summit. The 1st place artwork will be on the flyer that will be in the Navajo Times next week.
