We are excited to announce the first Diné Story Night of the 2025–2026 school year!

If you are new to Diné Story Nights, these events offer students, families, and staff a meaningful opportunity to learn about traditional Diné teachings. Storytelling is a sacred practice that helps our people connect to their identity, values, and life path.

Diné Identity – “How Our Identity Is Shaped Through Clans and Self-Introduction”

🗣 Presented by: Ravis Henry
Ravis Henry is Kinyaa'áanii, born for Ma'iideeshgiizhnii. His chéíís are Áshįįhí and his náaliis are Ta'nees’zahnii. He is originally from Alamo, NM, and was born and raised in Chinle and Canyon de Chelly.
Ravis is a traditional knowledge holder who is passionate about sharing the wisdom and teachings passed down from his family and mentors with today’s youth and the next generation of Five-Fingered Spiritual Beings.
